Position: Game Masters

Members of the Entangled team assigned to the control room will be in charge of running immersive escape experiences for the customers to ensure a fluid and enjoyable game. Control room duties include but are not limited to providing support for the actors in the rooms and the use of cameras, microphones, headsets and computers. Communication and teamwork are essential to this position as you will be working closely with the actors and front desk operators.

Position: Actors

Some of the escape rooms here at Entangled utilize actors to enhance the customers’ experience. Jobs at Entangled for team members assigned to acting play an immersive role in the rooms and thus are required to remain in character for the duration of the game. The position requires a person willing to work in loud, dark, and sometimes enclosed conditions and in close communication at all times with team members in the control room.

Position: Front Desk

Team members assigned to the job of front desk are responsible for booking games, taking payments, checking in customers, helping with game end sequences, taking pictures, and other duties associated with the front-end of Entangled. The position requires interacting closely and professionally with customers at all times and multitasking to varying degrees. Applicants must have great communication skills as they work closely with the control room to run the games.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, but setting the stage for an unforgettable adventure, for everyone.
    • Provide clear and engaging instructions to players before they enter the escape room.
    • Monitor gameplay via surveillance cameras, offering hints and guidance when needed to ensure an enjoyable experience, and be intuitive.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, addressing any concerns or questions with professionalism and courtesy, at all times.
    • Reset rooms efficiently between games, ensuring everything is in place for the next group of adventurers, but being proficient.
    • Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
    • Assist with special events, corporate bookings, and other promotional activities as needed, because we value your input.

    Job Requirements:

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for making guests feel welcome and valued, because you are memorable.
    • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. BUT YOU MUST BE RELIABLE
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet.
    • Passion for immersive experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond to create memorable moments for our guests.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
    • Previous customer service and hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
